Information accessed and stored
This application uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner’s authorization, it verifies the channel identifier using read-only YouTube Data API access and retrieves daily dates and channel view counts using read-only YouTube Analytics API access.
The integration stores the OAuth grant needed to refresh access, the channel identifier, granted scopes, authorization time, and source reports with retrieval metadata. It does not request Google or YouTube passwords or permission to change channel content.
Purpose and authorized access
EQT uses this data for authorized artist analytics, internal reporting, and integration operations. Access is limited to authorized EQT personnel and systems. EQT does not sell this YouTube data or use this integration for advertising targeting.
Service providers
Private reports and OAuth grants are stored in EQT-controlled AWS resources. Vercel hosts the application. Authorized EQT analysis may use ChatGPT Work. If enabled following review, n8n may coordinate retrieval and receive status metadata such as the channel identifier, run identifier, row count, and latest reported date. The n8n design does not require the artist’s refresh token or Google application secret.
These providers process information necessary to perform their respective operational or analysis roles. Raw private analytics are not published on this website.
Cookies and technical information
The authorization flow uses a temporary Secure, HttpOnly browser cookie and short-lived state to protect the connection. Hosting providers may process technical request information for service operation. Application responses do not intentionally expose passwords, authorization codes, or tokens. This site does not embed a YouTube player or serve advertisements.
Retention and deletion
Historical YouTube Analytics reports may be retained while needed for the authorized reporting purpose and while authorization remains valid. EQT must reconfirm authorization at least every 30 days. Other YouTube data is refreshed or removed according to applicable YouTube requirements.
To request deletion, email admin@eqt.co with the channel identifier. EQT verifies the requester’s authority, stops retrieval, and removes the associated grant and stored YouTube data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of a valid deletion request. This includes EQT-controlled report copies and prior grant-secret versions.
Revoke access
You can revoke this application’s access through Google’s connected-app settings. EQT periodically checks authorization and removes associated data when authorization can no longer be refreshed. You can also send a deletion request to the contact above. Deleting data held by EQT does not delete data stored by YouTube.
